Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your AutoAI account and associated personal data stored by us, send a deletion request using any of the following:

• Email autoai@xrobot.tech with subject “Data deletion request”, and include the account email / username you used to register.

After we verify your identity and ownership of the account, we will delete or anonymize:

• Account profile data (username, email, authentication credentials).
• Linked third-party login bindings (including Meta / Facebook, Google, TikTok, and LINE identities linked to the account).
• Server-side copies of Meta platform data we stored to operate connected features (tokens, synced messaging / publishing metadata, related webhook payloads), except where temporary retention is required by law or for security investigations.
• Server-side copies of Google / YouTube data we stored to operate connected features (OAuth tokens, channel / asset bindings, publish job metadata, comment and insights caches associated with that connection), except where temporary retention is required by law or for security investigations.
• Server-side copies of TikTok login / publishing tokens, account bindings, and publish job metadata we stored for features you connected, except where temporary retention is required by law or for security investigations.
• Server-side copies of LINE Login bindings and LINE Official Account / Messaging API credentials and related messaging metadata you bound, except where temporary retention is required by law or for security investigations.
• Other personal content associated with your account that we control on our servers.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email when the process is finished (or if we need more information to verify the request).

Billing or tax records that must be kept by law may be retained in a restricted form for the legally required period.

Revoking Meta access stops future data sharing from Meta to our app, but does not by itself delete historical data already stored by us. Please also send us a deletion request (section 1).

To remove our app’s access on Meta’s side:

• Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites).
• Find “AutoAI” / the Meta app you authorized and remove it.
• Optionally review Instagram / Threads connected permissions in the corresponding Meta settings.

Revoking Google access stops future API access with your Google account. Disconnecting YouTube inside the Product also deletes the associated tokens and asset data we store for that connection. For a full account wipe, still send us a deletion request (section 1).

To remove our app’s access on Google’s side:

• Open https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
• Find “AutoAI” / the Google app you authorized and remove access.
• Optionally disconnect the YouTube channel inside the Product so we purge stored YouTube asset data immediately.

You can disconnect TikTok Login / TikTok publishing connections and LINE Login / Official Account bindings inside the Product. Doing so deletes the associated tokens and bindings we store for that connection. For a full account wipe, still send us a deletion request (section 1).

You may also revoke access in TikTok or LINE account / developer permission settings where available.
