Terms of Service

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AutoAI for your lawful internal business or personal purposes.

• You may install and use the desktop client on devices you own or control.
• You may not sublicense, sell, lease, or commercially redistribute the Service except as we expressly allow in writing.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• You may not use the Service to build a competing product by copying proprietary features, content, or non-public interfaces.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules (including Meta Platform Terms when you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, or ads features; YouTube API Services Terms / Google policies when you connect YouTube; TikTok developer / platform terms when you use TikTok Login or publishing; and LINE Login / Messaging API terms when you use LINE).

• Do not spam, harass, scrape unlawfully, or send content that infringes others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, quotas, billing, or access controls.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with the Service’s integrity or availability.
• Do not use the Service for fraud, deception, impersonation, payment abuse, fake listings, or any scheme intended to mislead users, platforms, or payment providers.
• Do not use connected messaging, posting, commenting, advertising, YouTube, TikTok, or LINE features in ways that violate Meta, Google / YouTube, TikTok, LINE, or local advertising / consumer laws (including YouTube / TikTok spam and community guidelines).
• You are solely responsible for content you create, send, or publish through the Service (“User Content”), including videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and comments published to YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms, and messages sent via LINE Official Accounts you bind.
• We may immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in prohibited or fraudulent activity.

Some features require you to authorize third-party platforms (for example Meta, Google / YouTube, WeChat, TikTok, or LINE). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limits, or account actions taken by third-party platforms. Tokens and permissions you grant may be revoked by you or by the platform at any time.

TikTok Login is used for sign-in / account linking. TikTok content APIs (when connected) are used only to publish or manage content you request. LINE Login is used for sign-in / account linking; LINE Official Account Messaging API (when you bind credentials) is used for messaging you request—not for LINE VOOM feed posting.

If you connect YouTube, you authorize AutoAI to access Google / YouTube APIs on your behalf within the scopes you grant, solely to operate user-facing features such as channel connection, video publishing, comment management, and insights display.

You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service).

AutoAI’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in the Privacy Policy: https://www.xrobot.tech/de/privacy/.

You represent that you have the rights needed to publish User Content to the connected channel, and that such content does not violate YouTube community guidelines or applicable law. We may suspend YouTube-related features if continued use would create legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.

Certain features require paid plans, device capacity, or usage credits (including any AI-assisted drafting tools we may offer). Prices and entitlements are shown at purchase time or in your account.

Any AI-assisted features in the Service do not use Google / YouTube API user data to train, improve, or develop generalized AI / ML models. Google user data is used only as described in the Privacy Policy for YouTube-connected features.

Unless required by mandatory law or we state otherwise in writing, purchased credits / plans are non-transferable. Refund requests, if any, must follow the policy communicated at purchase or by support; unused portions after an applicable cooling-off window may not be refundable.

The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by Hubei An'an Ruantu Software Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain rights in your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit User Content solely as needed to operate the features you use (including transferring media to third-party platforms you authorize).

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing or other results will meet any particular business outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing and supervising actions you initiate through the Service (messages, posts, comments, ads, device operations, YouTube / TikTok uploads, LINE Official Account messaging) before and while they run.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period (or, if you used only free features, a nominal amount required by law).

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account / data deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, submitted to a court with jurisdiction over Hubei An'an Ruantu Software Co., Ltd.’s domicile, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
