WhatsCRM is a product with the core function of managing customers’ multiple WhatsApp accounts. The following describes the steps to delete your account. If you need to delete your account, please follow the steps below.

Desktop version delete steps

1. Log in to your WhatsCRM account.
2. Click User Center at the bottom of the navigation bar.
3. Click your account avatar at the top of the sidebar.
4. Click the Account Deletion Button on the account information page that opens.

Mobile version delete steps

1. Log in to your WhatsCRM account.
2. Click Settings at the bottom of the navigation bar.
3. Click the fold function button in the upper right corner of the top.
4. Click Account Account Deletion

After the account is delete, you cannot log in again. If you do not contact customer service within 90 days to restore it, all data in the account will be cleared upon expiration. If you need to delete account data immediately, you need to contact customer service. You can contact us in any of the following ways:
